Booking Terms & Conditions

Admission

Please ring Stacey or Richard on arrival. Telephone numbers are on a sign once you reach the main campsite area.

All guests must report their arrival prior to choosing a pitch. Some areas of pitches are weather dependant, so we will need to allocate a pitch suitable to your camping unit.

Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

EACH member of a group party MUST report their arrival.

Arrivals and departures

Check-in is between 4pm and 7pm. latest check-in is 9pm.  Later than 7pm arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible.

Units will be allocated on arrival.

Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Check-out is by 12 noon.

Firebins and wood bags are to be left tidy on your pitch.

Pitches are to be left clear of litter. We operate a ‘leave  no trace’ policy.

Changes to your holiday, Cancellations and Refunds

Bookings cannot be amended within 7 days of arrival.

Bookings can be changed to another date providing its more than 7 days from your original date

No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals, early departures or illness.

Refunds are issued before 7 days of arrival date minus 20% for admin fees.

No refunds issued for less than 7 days of your arrival date.

Dogs

Dogs are not allowed in the accommodation units.

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Extras

Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

General

In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management’s attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.

Public areas are non-smoking.

Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m..

Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume.

Please show consideration towards fellow guests and close car doors and boots quietly.

The fishing lakes are stocked with Carp and Roach. You’ll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you’ll need to apply for this beforehand).

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Bookings must not be for more than 28 consecutive nights.

Hired accommodation

No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £30.00 will be charged for unclean units upon departure.

Occupancy

No hen/stag parties permitted.

Pitches

Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.

You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Reception

There is no reception on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Safety

Firebins are permitted but must have a FULL bucket of water next to them for safety.

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Firearms are not permitted.

Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.

Please do not touch or feed the animals.

Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Vehicles

Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please contact us to let us know.

Visitors

Any visitors must register at reception on arrival and departure.
